I read your blogs. They are nice.

I am totally new to blogging. Can you please guide me how to add a new template like you have done to my blog at blogspot. I have downloaded a blog template but don't know how to add the template to my blog. When I copy the code its showing errors. Please tell me the complete procedure.

And please also let me know how can I promote my blog, how can I know how many visitors am i getting to my blog, some good blog sites.
