I'm new in blogging.. adding new template?.. or you want to change your template? in changing your template you just have to copy and paste it into your blog codes.. but make sure you save your old template code.. there are times that when you replace your template you'll have to delete some of your page element.. when that happens I usually copy the codes of every page elements that needs to delete in notepad.. and when i already got my new template i just copy and paste those codes to my desire page elements.. it's not the complete procedures of adding/changing templates.. but i hope it'll help you..
you can promote your blog by directory submission and forum posting just make sure you put your site on the sig area.. there are many ways in knowing how many visitors that visits your site..
