This domain name is only 8 months old but it is # 1 for keyword like web hosting. They are doing their campaign for SEO through wordpress themes.

They have designed wp themes and offer them free for download. Usually whenever someone install them, they give a backlink to webhostingbluebook.com.

So, a single theme can generate 100s of backlinks for you.
