Default Directories submission
Directories submission is one of the way to get link exchange. However, when choose the directories, you must go for those directories with PR5 or above. This is the fastest way to build up your PR.

Anyway, you need to concern on your content as well. The purpose of those directories is only for you to have better PR and give you some of the traffic.
