This is a huge information for me that Google will not penalize duplicate content. Before reading this post I was assuming that we can quote articles from other sites as references. (Text in quotes tag will not be counted as duplicate content). I shall like to see some google reference stating that they are allowing duplicate content. Can you give me some link please.
