ACCOUNTS - book-keeping, preparation of monthly accounts, preparation of annual accounts and balance sheet, reconciliation of accounts, stock valuation, monitoring of outstandings, etc. TAX MATTERS - filing monthly returns of VAT and ST, filling IT returns, handling excise, customs and service tax related matters. PF/ESI - filing returns and handling any other issues pertaining to PF/ESI. BANKING - co-ordination with Banks on day-to-day basis, handling term loan and working capital related issues, bank reconciliation. INTERNAL AUDIT - put systems in place and follow through for action. INSURANCE - handling insurance related matters.
