This will involve adopting and subsequently maintaining systematic procedures.He will have ultimate responsibility for determining and maintaining the quality of all finished goods and for releasing them for sale. Shift Engineers will report to the Production Manager. He must possess an appropriate technical degree from a Recognized University or College. He should be computer literate and be able to demonstrate a solid track record in maintaining good housekeeping and organizational procedures, good subordinate discipline and clear record-keeping.
