you should submit yahoo sitemaps this way youll get indexed by yahoo really fast and also loose ALOT of bandwidth on their spider

I do not agree with that. If you are write with using 10~20% keywords in content and use the keyword also in your tittle and url, then you can easily get good ranking in yahoo
