Sorry, what is CUCECART? A shopping cart? I am using joomla and movabletype for my webpage, and both can run perfectly well. For PHP, this is what I quoted from the website.
"Users are able to freely upgrade their versions of PHP though, allowing them normal, unrestrited access to PHP."
Nope, you do not need forum posts. You need to login once every 2 weeks which is very easy for me since I put it as the homepage in my IE.
