"The issues of Internet bandwidth throttling and traffic shaping were brought to the forefront Friday (April 18) when NDP MP Charlie Angus paid a visit to London to discuss, along with London-Fanshaw MP Irene Mathyssen, perhaps one of the most controversial topics in cyber space.
The issue hit the news last week when CTV.ca reported the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (CAIP), filed an official complaint with the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) over the 'traffic-shaping' measures presently being applied by Bell Canada."
