well buddy, this concept is quite simple..let me explain it to you:
BRL$ are a kind of currency (virtual currency to call it better) used on this forum. You earn it by posting here (I am talking about starting from zero) or paying for it as per the conversion rates..(for example if you pay them $5 via PayPal..say they give you some fixed amount of BRL$ as per their conversion system for USD)
Now, you have the BRL$ with you..when this forum will be growing more and when people will be purchasing or selling things here, they can utilize their BRL$ for some exchanges, if they do not wish to pay the real money..
Therefore, it just acts like a reserved money for those who want to either trade it for various offers or just want to withdraw it.
