I think there is way too much white space on the page, the ads are in completely the wrong places (and they don't blend well with the site). You need more blending, more colour (or at least less white space), the menus need to be higher up (you have one under a bunch of less important stuff, such as ads and "featured talents". The site still needs a lot more work, I feel.
