Okie surely
Browse to any one profile
Click on history
Now you find the the whole the history what user have done.
Browse for the review what he has done by crawling the different pages.
Open the review done by user.
Then at the bottom of that particular review page you will find
Write a review.
Rate the URL, put in the title and provide your review.
Done !!!
