Too much work but most experts still use libs becuse it's quicker and cost less time to make a system then if you done it from scratch.
the only thing they will do them selfs is anything that they can't find a lib that can handle a certain situation which they then create which are functions ect ... |
i only knew a little about php.
but i believe php is not hard to learn. btw, i think, an expert mustn't someone who just using php script.
