While I don't have an appropriate site for an exchange, I can offer a word of advice. Your description above includes quite a bit of different things. It could be much better if you split them out into several pages and concentrated on just one thing on each page. Real Estate and Car Hire and Business Investment all on the same page would probably get very confusing. And may not be picked up as well by the Search Engines.
