What do you think about this contest, it will let the members win money, but it makes a lot of profit for the admin itselfs

Ok, admin, this is how it would work:
< admin makes topic
< admin chooses 2 trusted Paid-To-Click sites
> The members joins under his referral and clicks as many sites as he can in 3 days
> The user with most clicks on the PTC wins
< Admin gives an amount of brl to the winner
<> 3 people joined and clicked all approx 100 ads totally:
Admin got 3$ , and gives 100 brl to winner = $2 profit for admin.


IF the admin does this contest many times, the admin will become rich.

What if 10 people have done the contest = 9$ profit for the admin...!
Or if you do the contest in longer period, and more earning
