It is up to admin. Honestly speaking, this kind of contests will not bring benefit to the forum. I think admin will only interested on those contest can bring some benefit to the forum.
For example, he can have a weekly best thread
1st prize: 100BRL$
2nd Prize: 50BRL$
3rd Prize: 30BR$
