I love PHP with MYSQL, CSS and Javascript. All of these make a stable website. moreover, combining with a great graphics design and a little flash, the result will become wonderful....
however, i only know PHP... plus, it's open-sourced and stable, runs on Linux. You can download either Apache Triad or Xampp to run your scripts in the localhost. Pls. check out download.com | | | | | |
