That would surely be a real problem for many of us since the use of paypal is not accepted by our banks? I live in Turkey and it is net to impossible to "withdraw" any money form paypal to here? Moneybookers and Alertpay on the other hand was accepted by my bank. Could you investigate these payment options too?
