Customer Support Function
Job Description 1. Responsible for customer order fulfilment (viz., scrutinize the order to ensure alignment to enquiry and offer, order acknowledgement to customers / plant and provide inputs for monthly dispatch planning). 2. Accountable for on time deliveries, service response quality and timeliness in meeting targets. 3. Provide inputs for monthly / daily sales reporting / statistics 4. Closely co-ordinate with manufacturing to ensure production and dispatch of materials as per plan. 5. Co-ordinate with Plant / Customers / Transporters to ensure timely dispatch of materials at budgeted cost. 6. Communicate to Regional Sales personnel / Customers on the status of dispatches. 7. Responsible for compliance to related taxation statutes and co-ordinate with Accounts department for reconciliation
