What I am trying to ask is, is it against their terms and conditions or its valid to have it on diffeent sites?

One of my client is using it on more than 100 sites. Restriction is, You can't have more than one Google Adsense account, number of Google Adsense code to use on sites is unlimited. I hope this will clarify anything.

yes..of course,all you need is to put the add code which adsense has provided you in different sites.thats simple...
and its a good way to increase the impressions on your adds,and increasing your earnings.
