As im under 18 can i have a google Adsense account...i contacted few people,they say google doesn't pay money for under 18 members.
please guide me.

Well, Not to try Adsense if you are below 18. I suggest you try bidvertiser first since they pay through Paypal. When you are 18, you can apply for the adsense.

Dont try to make adsense account if you are under 18. Why dont you try to make one with your family members name?

Yap. Like mira said. You need to follow the TOS and rules of adsense. If you want to get paid, better some of you did a lots searching about adsense. Then you can join adsense. So far, its not really hard to join adsense today.
