origin of the click also counts. if you will be having the click from US, Europe or Canada then you are supposed to get more money. On the other hand PR and rankings also effect.

You need to have quality backlink to improve your PR.
CPM= cost per thousand impression
CPA= Cost per action

Can you give some URL that will teach me how to use Adsense in a way that I can earn money from it? I don't know how to deal with backlinks, CPC, etc..
