I got my Adsense account and placed one ad banner on my forum, which has around 500 members, 70 uniques/day, and over 800 pageviews/day.
They said that they offer CPC and CPM ads, but I got over 4000 impressions 15 clicks in the past few days, and it looks like they only paid me $4.10 for the clicks.
Is there any tip/trick that I can use to get more traffic and make money from my community?

The longer you have you are running adsense they should start to show more relevant ads. Other than that make sure that you place the ads in good spots on your site that people are likely to click on them. Search on google for a list of sites to block because the pay per click is too low.

Also try adding more than one adsense block per page.

Don't forget that there is more to advertising than just adsense. Experiment with other advertising firms to see if something works well with your site.

Google offer CPC advertising. You can also look in to CPM and CPA that may monetize better on your site.

I also think that u should have patience, because only for15 clicks u are getting $4 , not bad all i think so.

I agree with tukyunaaya..adsense will start paying you more with time only..because the relevancy of ads would be increasing as your site would be getting old..Higher PR does not mean you will be paid more..it is just that you will be getting more traffic via search engines..and you can never predict the outcome of traffic..because we can never say if all the traffic coming from search engines will be clicking on our ads or not..

$4 for 15 click is good. sometimes, i just get $0.10 for 5 click.
and with 4000 impression, you should join CPM site.

Dont misunderstanding. If you have higher PR site, you should noticed that the advertisement display on your site will have higher CPC compare to the lower PR site. Of course, if you have no click, then you wouldnt find the different
