I have found some really good websites from scientist who were tracking peoples reactions to a lot of various types of websites and they have made patterns of people eyes movement around the website. You can rely on these patterns when placing your ads and i think it should really help to improve your earnings:

nice post! yeah., thanks for the advice. last night a friend of mine told me to redo the layout of my blog. he also suggested that i change template. but if i do, i will lose all my settings. so instead, i re-arranged the elements of my blog to give more exposure to adsense ads. also i removed bidvertiser, because it used to be that bidvertiser was on the top of the page. he suggested that i remove that. anyway, i have added another box for adsense. he said, i will see in a week the different that layout makes. i am crossing fingers. :-)
