Does anyone uses a virtual credit card with Adwords ? If so, what card you use ? I dont have a credit card so I am planning to use VCC is it legal?

It's better not to use VCC to verify your Adwords account. Technically speaking VCC is actually illegal because it does not exist in the first place. If you don't qualify for credit card then you should consider debit card instead. It should work the same as credit card except that you need a certain amount of money to load it first.

yes, it is not recommended to use VCC for any activity, because VCC is illegal.
and illegal activity will make more trouble later.
