What is pay per thing ? and what kind of program you want to join ? pay per click in google ads ? paid to click in PTC site, I think it is really hard to get information from your post and hope you can ask more if you want to get answer.

well, I think so, it is really good programs you can earn money from, but I am not sure what kind of blog they can accepted, I have no confidence to get approval from them , even if I want to creat a blog to join this program.

No need to too worry about your topic. The blog which can attract people will be accepted by them. Just write whatever your are good on or whatever you are interested.
