i think chitika can work well on product (Consumer electronics) related forums.
Forums related to cell phones, GPS, Video game etc. can get great success from chitika.
Whatever you can't compare it with adsense.
I do join Chitiki recently. However, seem it not really suit for my site. This kind of product selling better put at some related site to increase your chances to sell those product.

I think it is not easy to promote Chitika on forums, unless you find great forum for those products and there are many people would like to those products.
so buy and sell forums might be better.
Chitika is good for consumer review niches especially electronics and pets...

Yes, i agree. I was put the chitika on my blog for a week and i gain nothing. I might remove the chitika from my blog soon
