When Should I Apply to Azoogle?

I've just started a new blog, and would like to register for Azoogle as soon as possible. However, what I'm wondering is when the optimal time for me to do so would be, given as this is a new website with only five blog posts so far and no marketing

When should I apply to help increase my chances of being accepted into the program? Thanks!
