Sending HTML attachments with ASP Mailer or CDOSYS

Hey All, I'm currently sending out emails with ASP Mailer. Is there a way I can attach an HTML document (complete with images, style formatting, etc) to it? I wrote a bulk email program in ASP (I love this language). I want to incorporate the same program to send out a monthly newsletter that is formatted in HTML. BTW, should there be a !DOCTYPE in the HTML document I want to attach? Thanks DonnaZ
