Totally screwed web designer

If someone could please help me, I would be eternally grateful and send good thoughts your way. I am creating a website for a friend who has their site hosted by GoDaddy. It is a shared service that only support asp forms. I can't get the darn thing to work. When it does work, it doesn't...
