Why is it that some PTC sites delete South East Asian accounts? Is this just some racist policy installed to stop them getting money, or is there some history behind it.

So, to use one of my oft-used phrases, Enlighten me...

but they block the whole Asia.

i don't think its a question of racism but rather of good business acumen. think about it, most of these ptc sites are based in the us and europe and to maintain members in asia will cost a lot of money. i've seen ptc sites that have banned members from china because of claims that these members open multiple accounts and constantly violate tos agreements. if i were a ptc owner, i'd ban these people as well regardless of race.

If you're banning cheater, that's good.
If someone ban China, maybe that because of needed too,
as too many China member really pissed everyone off (even like to spam my forum),
but if you ban the whole Asia, that's racist.
Until now, no one can show me the proof that the whole Asia is cheat.
I have seen the result myself that 99% of cheater come from China,
but the 1% which 0.8% from both US and Europe.

I know in some site they have Middle East cheater,
but that also country case.
Blocking the whole Asia mean that the site might lose many of their member.
Why?
Most of the PTC site member from Asia.
Do you think someone that can work, earn Euro and Pound will go to click for 1 cent USD?
Probably there's someone will (Sysax...), but mostly wouldn't,
especially those with stable job.

Why PTC famous in Asia and/or Africa?
In the pressure of economic by Mr.America,
we have lower currency compare to any other N/S America, Europe and Australia country.
The rate is

That's why,
most Asia member join and active in PTC site than US and Europe member.

PTC owner have to learn and face the truth.

Yeah I agree people who misuse the system should be banned, but they are missing out on a lot of custom from the people who aren't there to cheat the system.

It's true that all Gold-Farmers are from Asia.
But that's not a reason to ban it.
The admin would lose more than 70% of his members which 50% of them are probally trusted and not cheating.
It doens't matter which country because there are cheaters everywhere.
Gold-Farmers is the new money-making way in Asia because the economy is going bad, and especially in China.

If you don't know what gold-farmers are, I'll explain:
Most of the gold-farmers are active in MMORPG's. They are in a house with computers and poor China guys and they are gaming to get money. When they have earned money on the game, they are selling it on Sites for games. The people who are playing on the game are getting really less money but the one who has the site is becoming rich. If I remember, those gamers need to play at least 12 hours a day. But this trick is now used on PTC's. They are all clicking on 100 PTC's and once they are done, they can go home. But most of them are failing because those members are on the same IP. Means that all those members are getting banned. Mostly, if they got banned, the site owner isn't paying the 'farmers' so they've done so much for nothing.
Goldfarming is strickly illegal but it's popular in Asia (e.g China,...). Maybe you'll think now, wow, you can do what you want on the PC, but actually, those farmers don't know NOTHING about PC's and they are getting highly instructions...

GoyCP, I even click on $0.003 / click sites. I don't do it for the money, but I do it for testings. I am Security Programmer and Exploiter and when testing sites, I am publishing if they are scam or not. Most of the times I also report exploits to the admin after doing some tests.
Currently, I am going to test MANY PTC's because I found a PTCIndex with ALL Ptc's...

Gold farming sounds barbaric!

It's basically just an online sweatshop, and nothing more. It may be keeping people in work, but those people are exploited by the guy who owns the house who will probably be rich enough to get by anyway.

now, i've heard it all! i've seen sweatshops not just of chinese but of other nationalities as well and now this. how low can go these people go? things must be pretty messed up fro people to actually think of something like this and make money from it. let like they say, when money talks, everyone listens.

i don't think this is racist, they have right to choose the advertisers or affiliates, which they think have higher quality, and better for their business

This is not racist at all. Racism is completely different. PTCs are businesses, and all businesses reserve the right to conduct business/trade with whoever they choose. They are in no way obliged to conduct business with members from any region. Also, 99.9% of advertisers are advertising English websites/adverts. It is of no benefit to have people with limited/no knowledge of English using their site.
