Investor's Business Daily - A quarterly survey of 14,000 employers showed no change in the net employment outlook, or the difference between firms planning to hire and those planning to fire, Manpower said. Despite a credit crunch and a drop in Aug. payrolls, most employers still see demand for workers with only slight weakening in labor demand vs. a year ago.
