Investor's Business Daily - Nymex near-month oil rose 41 cents to $71.09 a barrel amid a Kansas refinery shutdown and tensions over Iran's alleged meddling in Lebanon and Iraq. In London, Brent crude rose $1.22 to $72.63. U.S. gasoline futures rose 0.59 cent to $2.2487 a gallon. But retail prices fell 2.3 cents last week to $2.959, the Energy Dept. said. The Int'l Energy Agency urged OPEC to lift output.
