Till now i am using .net 2003. Do you think All projects of 2003 will be converted to 2008 easily. Is there any problem regarding this? All my projects are working fine in 2003.

Yes there is no problem upgrading applications to 2008 except for minor .NET Framework changes.

The problem for me is for ASP.NET as currently my hosting company still not supporting .NET Framework 3.5.

Actually the final version of Visual Studio .NET 2008 is now released.

No need to still try the beta version.

There is a downloadable version of the final release Express Edition in Microsoft Website.

You can download Visual Studio 2008 Express at Microsoft website.
It is free. You can either Online Install or download and install.
