This is more technical support than anything.

When I go through the "add website" process, I get a 500 error on the last step. Is this service still active? Also, on the second step it states "Subscription Amount: $49.00" ... what does that mean?

I am really Very annoyed with brl service.
I have mailed twice and its a shame that BRL does not reply to my mails of concern.
I tried to contact the staff quite a few times and finally I joined this forum,
I have registered to add my website into the directory which has been done successfully, but its been over a month and yet I do not see any incoming links. I tried searching for my links by link:Australian Student Community in google, but it shows no links.

also I have see tried to use page rank predictor tools and they show "insufficient links" and say domain has less then 100 or no links.

I understand that my page rank will take time to increase, but atleast as promised by BRL I should start getting incoming links.

Please help me with this problem. I was to suggest few of my clients of brl services... but now I do not want to risk my reputation.

It seems that your website is registered and active couple of weeks back. Google and other search engines takes 2-3 months to show backlinks generated for your website.

Further, we've noticed that your website is not consistently active in our system. Like it is active for a few days and then it is deactivated... I strongly recommend to keep it active (use our service) for months to see excellent results.

its not me who deactivates the service. why would i deactivate the service and then complain... thats the problem is ... it shows deactivated and then i verify the code it shows activated.. the link is there on the site all the time... only the brl system is not reading it at times... what i mean to say is... the link is active now... and i am relaxed.. one fine day i come to the brl registered page i see the directory is still active and when i click on the verify the code from brl >> registered website section. it shows errors and this pinches me even more.. cause i have no clue since how long it has been deactived.

and the links is always active from my site... when ever i click on the link it does bring me to ur site.. and when ever i click on the directory link .. it takes me to the directory.


i request you to check this and update me with the issue..

I got some error but now it is fixed.But site is very slow and i cant do any thing.Yes BRL is become bigger but i think is needs some bandw or ram etc. I really like BRL and i think it is helpfull like dmoz.But when i click categories or who linked me i wait for long time and session expired.
