Yes, you can buy that from other people at your own rates ... Rates are fixed if you want to buy/sell to bank.
We're shortly going to launch E-COMMERCE System integrated with this forum. Eventually you will be able to buy anything from Shopping system using your BRL $.

Thats kinda cool that you can buy from other people at whatever rate you like. I guess this forum is going to literally have it's own currency that can be traded for services / products instead of using paypal.

In the shopping system, each and every member will be able to upload their product for sale at their own rates. Other members can purchase that using BRL $.
