Is this site pay by PayPal only?
Can I request money to other payment processor like AlertPay, E-Gold, Liberty Reserve and/or MoneyBookers?

on my first payout request, i requested via LR/Egold, but admin just pay me via paypal.

We only pay using the paypal payment option. There is no other alternative available at this moment.

That would surely be a real problem for many of us since the use of paypal is not accepted by our banks? I live in Turkey and it is net to impossible to "withdraw" any money form paypal to here? Moneybookers and Alertpay on the other hand was accepted by my bank. Could you investigate these payment options too?
