The Rep Power depends on how much posts.
When giving someone REP it will increases his bars, so the higher the rep power you have, the more result your 'Victim' has when repping him.
This because a newbie on the forum can give rep, but it doesn't count much so you won't cheat.
Also, the green bar shows how much REP you received from someone. | |
