This one not quite good,
since only part of member in forum have positive reputation.
I think at least 95% of members didn't even have 1 reputation.

Well, at least this explains why I can't use the bank - for the reason GoycP has just pointed out above, I haven't got enough reputation points.

Having said that, I think it should be 30 days before someone can use the bank, because it's 30 days for donating (I think).

How often do you get the interest?

Interest period is 30 days ... Every 30 days interest is credited to your savings account....
