Godaddy has cheap .info's right now and the renewal rates are good which is a big consideration. Some sites jack up the price when you try to renew. Keep an eye out for that.
I didn't know that domain sites increase the renewal fees. I have renewed my 2-3 domains with my current registrar but never go through such situation. They almost have standard rate i.e $7 per domain per year.

godaddy rocks! Use the promo codes to get a 0.99 info, but i do not refer them they are useless for seo.Tons of .info my friend.But you know of course, it is up to you.
