Godaddy has cheap .info's right now and the renewal rates are good which is a big consideration. Some sites jack up the price when you try to renew. Keep an eye out for that.

Ya that is true, not only .info, I've seen this in many sites. Now there is a new domain called .CN, which is $0.13 for the first year. But after the 1st year its $6

Many site have promotion some days ago.
A .info domain costs only about $1.99 USD.
However, it is too late. They cost $6.99 USD now.

for .info names with the cheapest price available in the market..GoDaddy would be your best pal..they offer 99 cents .info names plus some ICANN fee..so, in toto..you can get a .info name of your choice in just $1.91..the cheapest you can find any where else..

At name.com ..they will be charging $2.99 for the first time registration for .info names..so, GoDaddy would be the best for you IMHO..
