Well, I always visit the following exchanger site when I want to check the rate between both e-gold and L.R as it gave me an exact ratio :

it's somekind of monitor for exchangers and etc

Current exchange rates are anywhere from 20 - 40% depending on the exchanger you're using and the market conditions of the moment. e-gold is becoming an increasingly useless currency in my opinion.
