Well i have a free script. called instant website script. i really want to upload it and copy it to my free hosting and domain. how i do i do that. can any one tell me. thanks.

You will need some info from your host. Check the FAQ on their website and them google ftp.
You will need a program to upload the files and the correct user name and password from your host.
