Actually, as I have mentioned it in an earlier post, you can restore your account simply by just emailing seanybob at adverbux! He has restored a lot of accounts where the members have emailed him.
Anyway, I just received my payout which I have cashed out 3-4 days ago. Here's the proof of payment.

Yes, you can! A lot of Asians have their accounts restored.
