Is what the above said true...that they only payout in periods and they don't just pay you whenever you get enough to payout...I realy have looked for more information on this website and haven't been able to find a lot on it...but i was just wondeirng what the deal is on how much you get paid...I have heard that its 0.01 cents and then below a penny so what is it?

Well, I never heard before that they are giving $0.05 per referral
It must be a new offer by the Admin. Anyway, Its too late for promoting to get some referrals in that site. BTW, is there any condition for a referral to be counted as active and get the bonus for him??
