Payment processors don't like PTCs, because their support staff get overloaded with questions about the payouts, even though the PTC should be the one answering all the questions.
If you have a little bit organisation you could run a ptc site, (why pay proccesors hate the ptc sites get overloaded, they earn at every transaction ?!)
Some members of some PTC sites are sending messages to the Payment Processors.
Means that the payment processors needs to answer them, or they'll get bad reputation over the WHOLE PTC World.
So it's a circle and never ended. I think they're getting millions of messages about PTC.
