This site is really paying and many friends said that they already got paid by this one but they are moving too slow towards the minimum, needs to have many active referrals there to get paid bit faster

I agree with both of you,
but think of it,
which site do you think is better:
1) Site that can reach minimum within 10 days but payment will make within 60 days;
2) Site that can reach minimum within 30 days but payment will make within hours.

10 days = 1.01 $ But maby on other sites you can get in the 30 days more than 3.03$ so i choice the second one =)

but just like the question i asked,
do you want
1)Unstable site that can get $10 within a week but payment make within 2 month,
2)Stable site that must take a month to reach payout but pay within hour.
