LOL... well, this site is just like the other ptc sites. One of the criteria though, for chinese members (from China) is that they have to be upgraded to premium members before they can cashout. For the rest of us, as long as we meet the minimum payout, we can request.

On top of that, if you ever purchase any referrals, and they happen to be inactive, you can request for replacement via the forum on the site. So far, from the responds in the forum, the admin is quite active. And the number of members are increasing very fast too.
