Okay, this is not exactly a paid to click site but there isn't any better thread to post this.
Ever want to bet sports games like NBA without using your own money? You can do it with CentSports. CentSports gives you play money ($0.10 to start with) where you can use it to bet and if you ever win it big enough ($20.00), you will be able to ‘cash out’ the play money in the form of cheque.

How it works?
As mentioned, CentSports will give you $0.10 play money to bet with, upon signing up. You can use this to bet on almost any major college or professional sporting event (MLB, NBA, EPL Soccer, NFL Games and more). Anything you win you keep and can use to place more bets, accumulating money.
When you reach a balance of at least $20.00 play money, you will be able to transfer the money out in the form of cheque! $20.00 play money equates to $20.00 REAL money. You can never lose your own money at CentSports as there is NO deposit option!
What happen if I lose all the play money?
Don’t worry, CentSports will give you $0.10 to start with again. You got nothing to lose so why not? Try it and have fun!
How CentSports makes money if they keep giving money?
For every bet you make, you can choose to watch an advertisement to get the advertiser to sponsor (Extra 25% to 100% of your bets) you on your bets. Remember, it’s not forcing you to watch the advertisement, it’s all up to you.
Do you have payment proof?
Sure, CentSports is ‘notorious’ for paying people within few minutes of request. I did receive mine in less than 10 minutes. That was when payment can still be done by Paypal.

So, is it consider gambling site? I not sure whether BRL allow gambling related site. By the way, i not believe on those gambling involved site, i know that the only winner is the banker in the gambling, else they will bankup. | |

Oh, admin please remove my thread is it is against the forum rules.
Hmm, this site gives free money to bet and you cannot deposit your own money to bet. You start off with $0.10 and bet to get the amount up.
Centsports earns by you viewing advertisments to increase your betting payout. You can choose whether you want to view the advertisements though. | |

Yes, you are right. When your balance is below $3, they will offer you a 1% to 50% increase in your bet if you watch some banner advertisements. I just checked the FAQ section and i found this:
Q: What about if I don't live in the US?
At this time we can only support cashouts from people living in the US. Or really, we can only send checks to US addresses.
This is a newer policy for us, so don't worry if your already an existing member that's ready to cash out and lives outside the US ... we'll 'grandfather' you in. This just applies to new accounts (after 3-28-2008).
And of course, people from overseas can still play on CentSports, we just will have to send your cashout check to a US address ... so, for example, you could choose to send the money to an orphanage, or even better, a zoo! People love monkeys!
